Statement of Policy

1. Monthly Accounting Period: Our receivables are closed at approximately month's end.

2. Late Payments: A 1-1/2% time pay differential will be charged on all past due accounts. This represents an annual service charge of 18%.

3. Return of Merchandise: Material will not be accepted for return without a completed returned goods report. These are available from any salesman, or by contacting the Bonneville Industrial Supply office. It is especially important that the invoice number of the original purchase be referenced on the returned goods report.

a. If the material is a normal stock item and in saleable condition, and the returned goods report has the original purchase price, credit will be issued for the original purchase price, less a 10% restocking charge.

b. If the material is a normal stock item and in saleable condition, and the original purchase invoice number is not filled in, credit will be issued for the original purchase price, less a 25% restocking charge.

c. If the material was ordered in for a special job, is a non-stock item and will be accepted for return by the factory, credit will be issued for the original purchase price, less a 25% restocking charge.

d. If the material was ordered in for a special job, is a non-stock item and will not be accepted for return by the factory, Bonneville Industrial Supply will be unable to issue credit.

e. No credit will be given for material that was not purchased at Bonneville Industrial Supply.

4. Warranties: Bonneville Industrial Supply carries out all warranties of the manufactures they represent. No allowance will be made for labor, transportation or other charges incurred in the replacement or repair of defective parts by customer. We will not be responsible for labor charges, loss or damages caused by defective parts.

5. Collection Costs: Interest costs, collection costs and reasonable attorney fees will be paid by the debtor if collection proceedings are necessary.

Shipping:
All material in stock is shipped immediately against orders and any shortages are backordered and will be shipped as soon as possible. Your specific instructions will be followed if they differ from this procedure. We are not responsible for any delivery delays or delivery failure caused by contingencies beyond its control. Such delays shall not release the customer from their obligation to accept and pay for goods. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.

Returned Goods:
If you desire to return merchandise please contact us for our consent and shipping instructions. At the time you request permission to return merchandise you must give us the invoice number and date. We reserve the right to make reasonable charges for handling the material we shipped correctly. Refer to Terms of Sale above.-

Order Cancellation:
Standard stock items may be cancelled on request. Non-stock items are subject to return only as acceptable by the Manufacturer. There will be a restocking charge on these items to be determined by the manufacturer's policy. Refer to Terms of Sale above.

Claims:
All claims for shortages or corrections must be made upon receipt of goods or invoice.

Guarantee:
We extend our manufacturing supplier's guarantee to our customers. The value which proves defective is the limit of our liability.

Taxes:
Any taxes in effect at present or imposed in the future will be added to the customer's invoice, unless a properly executed and legally justified certification of exemption from such tax is furnished to us for our use and records.

Used Material and Equipment:
All used material and equipment is sold as is and where is, and is without warranty, either expressed or implied.
